100% Google Compliant.
By Design.
We didn't add compliance as an afterthought.
We built our entire "Transport Only" engine specifically to adhere
to Google’s Prohibited and Restricted Content policies.
The "3 Rules" We Never Break
Rule 1: No Review Gating
The Policy: Businesses cannot discourage negative reviews or selectively solicit positive ones.
Our Solution: Outqr offers a neutral platform. We do not block customers who select negative tags. We provide the same "Transport" path to everyone.
Rule 2: No Spam or Fake Content
The Policy: Content must reflect a genuine experience at the location.
Our Solution: Our AI uses "Verified Context." It only drafts reviews based on the specific tags (e.g., "Pizza," "Lunch," "Fast") the user physically selects. It never hallucinates fake details.
Rule 3: No Impersonation
The Policy: Reviews must be posted by the person who had the experience.
Our Solution: We never post via API. We transport the user to their own Google Maps app to post from their own account and device.
Why "Transporting" is safer
than "Posting."
Automated tools that post reviews for users trigger Google's spam filters because the reviews all come from the same server IP.
- Outqr creates a Draft ➝ User Copies ➝ User Pastes on their Phone.
- Result: To Google, this looks exactly like an organic, human-written review. Because it is.
