Vendor Obligations
As a vendor, you are responsible for:

- Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that all product listings, pricing, and information provided on your store are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order Fulfillment: Vendors are solely responsible for processing, fulfilling, and managing all orders placed by customers through the platform.
- Customer Support: Vendors are responsible for providing support to customers, including handling inquiries, complaints, refunds, and cancellations.
- Intellectual Property: Vendors must ensure they own or have the rights to any content or products listed on Outqr.
Prohibited Activities
Vendors are prohibited from engaging in any activities that could harm the platform or violate the rights of others, including but not limited to:
- Using the platform for illegal activities, including selling counterfeit or prohibited items.
- Misleading or deceptive practices, such as false advertising.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Circumventing platform fees or payment processes.
Platform Fees
Using Outqr as a vendor may involve fees for certain services or features. Fees will be clearly communicated to you during the registration process or when signing up for premium services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific terms.
Order Management
Vendors using Outqr are responsible for managing their orders, including:
- Order Processing: Vendors are required to process orders in a timely manner. Delays may result in negative customer feedback or platform penalties.
- Shipping & Delivery: Vendors must ensure prompt and accurate delivery of customer orders. Tracking information should be provided when applicable.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Vendors must adhere to their own refund and cancellation policies, which should be clearly stated to customers. Vendors are responsible for handling all refund requests directly.
Payments
Vendors using Outqr will receive payments through the integrated payment system. Payment terms include:
- Payments will be processed according to the vendor's selected payment provider's terms and conditions.
- Vendors are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on payments received through the platform.
- In the event of a dispute, Outqr reserves the right to withhold funds until the issue is resolved.
Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts if:
- Vendors violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Vendors engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

Limitation of Liability

- Vendor-customer disputes, product defects, or misrepresented services.
